A 7-Day Practice Built for Real Beginners

This isn't a polished studio series filmed for advanced practitioners. It's a warm, honest, step-by-step guide for people who have never done yoga — or who have tried and felt lost.

Each day builds gently on the last. You'll learn breathing, foundational poses, and how to listen to your body — all at a pace that actually feels manageable.

No flexibility required. No special equipment. Just you and your mat.

Day 1: Arrive & Breathe

We start with the most important thing: your breath. Learn the foundational breathing technique that anchors every yoga practice and helps you feel present in your body.

Day 2–3: Ground & Strengthen

Build confidence with standing and seated poses that create stability and strength. Every pose is offered with modifications so you can work within your body's range today.

Day 4–5: Open & Flow

Begin linking poses together in a gentle flow. This is where yoga starts to feel like movement — not just a series of shapes. You'll be surprised how natural it feels.

Day 6–7: Rest & Reflect

Close your first week with restorative practices and a gentle reflection on what you've built. Leave with tools to continue your practice long after Day 7.

Common Questions

None at all. This series was built from the ground up for complete beginners. Day 1 assumes you've never set foot on a mat — and that's exactly where we want to meet you.
A yoga mat is helpful but not required for your first few sessions. A folded blanket works just fine. You don't need blocks, straps, or any other props — though the ebook covers how to use them if you want to invest later.
Each practice is between 20 and 35 minutes — long enough to feel the benefit, short enough to fit into a real day. You can do them first thing in the morning, on your lunch break, or before bed.
Go at your own pace — there's no schedule to keep. The series is yours forever, so you can take it one day at a time, repeat days you loved, or come back to it whenever you need a reset.
Both are included in one purchase. The ebook is a companion guide — it covers the philosophy behind yoga, how to approach your practice, and how to build a routine that lasts. You can read it alongside the videos or on its own.
Every practice includes modifications for different bodies and abilities. That said, if you have a serious injury or medical condition, it's always worth checking with your doctor before starting any new movement practice.
